"Sweetie" got a good recipe for baked or broiled fish too but she wont give it out ether
don't know what she does to um but they taste as close fried as you can get without frying um

Hey brettw send me that recipe, I got a few recipes now for baking, I baked some sunday, man was they good. I'm trying to lay off the frying,which is hard to do! Thats all I know fry baby fry!

The "Baked Parmesan Crappie" recipe in the CDC cooking forum is as close as I've seen to fried. It has dozens of positive posts from members that tried it. I've used it several times.
