At the Office 5/13/2016 Wylie Report*

I have not fished for crappie in awhile because my grandson wanted to fish for green carp. Wife and I decided to do some work at the office.

Started to fish at 8:30 and wish I came earlier. Before I got second rod in water first rod doing the happy dance.
By 9:30 it just stopped. Caught the usual slimers also. Black and Chartreuse was the color. Had a bunch of bites and too many to be happy got off on top of water. Looks like I will be there break of dawn Saturday and Monday.

Only one fish and some eggs. Fish about 2/3rds back feeder creek. Fish were suspended 15 to 12 feet. I say spawn is over for most.


This week finished installing the new bracket for MinnKota and love it.

Only 1 crappie and 2 small cats.
Better than working either way.
