Only a small amount in Monroe NC today,didnt keep us from digging in a gas line
I was fishing at Santee, it rained off and on all day long with some big thunderstorms on occasion. Normally I wouldn't stay through the storms, but the fish were biting so I rode them out.
It about washed N. Myrtle away around midnight. No rain gauge, but several inches at least.
Well, as has been the usual for awhile, we had percentages of up to 85-90% hourly for a night and another day with only a trace of water falling from the sky.:( Looks like the lakes will become even clearer than they are now and I'll go back to watering the garden soon.
Don't know how much we got but it rained Friday afternoon and into the evening so we had a decent amount.
