Yes the same for me yesterday. Was hard to find bait. Other fishermen said also the bait was scattered. I am finding when scattered bait usually is hard fishing for me.

The water is warming up, today it was 54 on main lake and 58 in the back of creeks. I fished all day by my self today, never found any perch, only put 5 cats in the boat with nothing over 10 lbs. SLOW!! What little bait I marked was about middle ways back in the creek. In about 20 feet of water, I did see a brush pile that look good in 20 feet of water, looked like it had fish on it, I was going back and fish it, but I got hot and I left! I think I'm going back to crappie fishing!
