Met BIgtime at the hardies in McCormick this morning for breakfast and then went to Dordon ramp to launch. Fished several creeks in the area and never could find any active fish other than white perch. Could have caught a bunch of them if I would have stuck with them. Caught 12 good filet size and went to look for some crappie. Never found any active fish willing to bite so I will eat perch tomorrow for supper. Beautiful day to be on the water ( I love retirement ). Water temp wa 54 deg and fish were 20 ft deep. Color did not matter but the striper liked dark blue sliders. I tight lined and pulled jigs. Wound up the day with 12 white perch 1 striper about 5 lbs 2 crappie and 1 hybrid about 4 lbs. I hope I covered the basics
