I am a bank fisherman. I have only fished the GA side near Gumlog Creek. My Question is this where is the best place to find deeper water that I can access from the bank? Can I fish in South Carolina waters with a Georgia licenses? I am staying near Tugaloo state park and would like to try and get enough for a fish fry but I understand I bank fish it is harder. Thanks.
