Default Anybody fishing during Thanksgiving Holiday?

Anybody going to fish? I'm off wed, Thursday and Friday. I'm going to fish wed or Friday maybe both. They are having a perch jerk tournament on Lake Murray on Nov 28th(sat). I plan on fishing in it. So if anybody is going that wed or Friday let me know and maybe can meet up for breakfast or lunch. If anyone is interested in the perch jerk tournament let me know and I'll give you the details. Thanks

I'm off Tues, Wed and Thursday. I would like to go to Wateree and striper fish anyone of those days or Nights. Haven't made my mind up yet.

We used to kill the striper Thanksgiving week. I couldn't wait to get off work and hit Wateree. If no more rain falls, it will probably be real good. Another couple inches of rain between now and then, you might want to save your gas and stay home and eat turkey sandwiches.

We got a ton of ran last night in the Catawba chain and wateree will be spilling starting tonight. Water is pretty muddy but fish able down lake, at least until last night.

We got it here in Lexington last night too. The slough behind the house is pretty muddy. We had at least an inch or two.

Wateree is still muddy and full of floating trash and wood.

If I go tomorrow I'll let you know...last week I went when it was 100+ and it was what I would consider lightly stained for Wateree. I was surprised. Lots of debris of course.
