The last time Clark Hill got so low the TV people said it would take couple of years of rainfall or a God's miracle to fill it back up. After two weeks of rain the lake was full again. Just thinking that Wylie aint half the size of the hill, and a week of rain already, once the run off stops then that lake ought to be full again.
Sorry I haven't reported earlier but I've got leaks I have been dealing with and having to go to Lowes. Then mother-in-law said she had 3 leaks I had to check out and my neighbor next door asked if she could borrow the ladder because she had a leak. You think that's the end? Why no because as we(neighbor and I) were talking her son drove up wanting to borrow the ladder because he had a leak! Just got home from getting something to eat and ready for a nap.
Just checked the gauge at 6:26pm reading 3.10" total. Now it is really pouring down! Will check again in an hour to see what it reads.

Just under 3" right now in mine, that is since Friday afternoon. It has been a steady drizzle all day, but no hard downpours. It is raining much harder at the Ga football game than it is here.

Well the pour down didn't last long because shortly after posting it died out. Checked gauge again at 7:31pm reading 3.20" nothing like they said for us.
About the same 3" here in Shelby, NC
