Wylie night spot?

I was looking at some old posts on Wylie night fishing and it seems like Catawba Creek was a hot place to fish several years ago. Is it still as good or not? Thought about giving it a shot sometime.

Back when I night fished ( which was over 10 years ago ) Thats where I always went.

I am not a night tripper I do day but I know some that night fish lower end. Also I knew the mouth of Crowder's is a popular choice this time of year. A fellow named OT loved that spot.

Brent, I like fishing in that creek. My brother inlaw lost one at the boat that looked like a large mouth bass a couple of Novembers ago, it was every bit 3 lbs. It spit his minnow out right at the top as I was trying to get the net. There are some big fish that come from there when they are in there. Yep! Crowder's is good too! If you can get OT to leave you some.
PM Cutbait, he can tell you where most likely place to be. I like around the Bridge and out in front of it as you go into the creek.

Thanks for the responses. I'm always up for trying new spots, you never know what you can find! I've always heard Crowders Creek is a good go-to and I usually do good there.

You got a specific date you planning to go on? I'll be on my 6 day break starting Wednesday the 8th. If you want company holler out.

No specific date but I hope one weekend night within a couple weeks. Will keep you posted!
