    Default 6-15-15 Lake Wylie

Fished Big Allison this morning for about 3 hrs. Started out trolling big plugs with ice fly for bass but only caught 2 bass & a bunch of perch on the ice fly. Since the perch were so hungry, I switched over to just spoons for the perch.

All the perch were small but at least something was biting.

    Total was 2 bass & 38 perch.

Thanks for the report Charles. I think the fish have gone in hiding in all this heat. Can't say I blame them. How deep were the perch?

I have been wanting to try the spoon thing on the perch off of the bottom. Thanks for report.

Sounds like a fun day with the perch even if they were on the small side. Congrats.
