Lake Russell 4/17
Went out on the lake mid day yesterday hoping to catch some "bait" for catfishing. Didnt catch the first perch but did manage 35 crappie in a couple of hours. Only bad thing is all were small but about a half dozen. Oh well, was pouring rain @ 5AM so didnt get to fish today so all wasnt lost. I just went back to bed. Later on I heard it quit rainng by daylight and didnt rain any more. Oh well. Instead of fishing I visited some stores for more fishing stuff.
