    Default overreaction and second opinions

Well a few weeks ago I said that the doctor told me I had a hernia. I went for a consultation with the gentlemen who was going to do my surgery. He asked me a few questions and looked puzzled so he checked for a hernia himself and said that there was nothing. Apparently he tells me that people get misdiagnosed all the time and that this happens alot. He said that I just strained something. So for the past couple weeks Ive been taking it easy on the heavy lifting at work and making sure my two year old doesnt jump on top of me while Im laying on the couch. Ive went back to the civic center again and caught two more crappie and one bream last Thursday when it was really slow at work. Only lasted about 30 to 45 minutes before the sun went behind the clouds and wind picked up. Hopefully before too long here the weather will cooperate and we will start seeing the crappie come up shallow. When that happens Ill be posting alot more pictures and messages. Thanks again for everyones input and prayers. I know now that I have to be a little more careful of how I do things at work.

Glad you got a favorable second opinion and don't need surgery. I hope you are able to get back to fishing and have many crappie days ahead.
