Default One more from Rocky River 2-4-15

Had to get some jigs in the mail this morning so it wasn't until 12:30 when I got on the water. Took a ride around to see it I seen anything in the 20 to 35' depths that looked like it would be worth fishing. Didn't see anything so back to the deep water I went. Set up in 40' and dropped my bait to the bottom and before I could get the second rod out the first was going down Love it when a plan comes together Fished until 3:30 and brought it back home with a good limit of 1 pound to 1-1/2 crappie. Cold front coming in tonight so not sure what the bite will do the rest of the week but I do hope some gets a chance to try them.
Jigs tipped and gold hooks both worked the same today, water temp 47 and lite stained.

Couple of pics from the day, Rosco was mad because I made him go set up front while I got all the fish in the livewell, yes he was still licking em

Wow! That's a nice catch. I just ate my last froze mess of fish tonight so hopefully sometime soon I'll get a couple of decent days to fish on my off-work days. Doesnt look good this week or next though. But....those are just predictions and we all know how bad they can mi'em. Congrats again.

Congratulations to you and Rosco on good catch. By the looks of that picture somebody is in the dog house and it isn't Rosco! Thanks for the report and pics.

Congrats on the catch today Ronnie. I caught a GA limit at the same time you caught a SC limit today so we must have hit it just right. I caught mine in 15 to 20 FT of water.

Show off! I got to work. I know you had a good time and it makes me want to play hooky and go. Rosco can find them better than your electronics. All he had to do was look in you live well. Thanks for pictures and report. I'm not mad just envious.

Good job Ronnie. I have not had my boat in the water this year and I got a new side scan to try out. I just can't get excited with all these cold and sometimes rainy days. I need some warm sunshine to get my bones moving.
