Against my better judgement I headed out in to the cold this morning. The bite was slow at best and we never really got on the crappie. The water temp was 44 and the fish were very lethargic. We found a nice mess of fish that made the trip worthwhile though. All fish were caught spiderrigging minnows 10-14 ft deep in 15-25 FOW. The bait and fish are everywhere...just got to make them bite.
