    Default any wateree striper sightings?

I haven't been able to get on the water at all lately and the last few times i fished at wateree the stripes were all but extinct! just wondering if anybody has seen any or caught any? I am planning a trip this weekend sometime and was hoping wateree was the place to be since it is closer. please let me know if you have anykind of info, PM's are welcomed if you have secret info! lol

Can't help with Wateree, but they are hot on Murray now. They are way up the lake in the feeder rivers and creeks, chasing shad into narrow creek runs. Most are catching them on top water plugs with a small jig on a trailer line about 18" back. Also Rattle Traps are working in feeding schools. Friend caught 2 limits in about 2 hours when they caught them schooled up.
All this is 2nd hand info from buddies of mine. I have not been out for Stripers, not sure why though.

Maybe this pattern will be similar on Wateree, give you a place to start anyway.

Getting reports from coworkers that the bait and Stripers are in the very back of the feeder creeks on Hartwell right now. I haven't personally been due working excessively, but planning to get out in next week or two.

Ray, sounds like conditions similar on Murray.

Went catfishing last Friday at wateree. Lot of bird action and saw several boats catching stripers on the Chanel at colonel creek. Hope this helps. Fish seemed to be in the Chanel. I will post a pic of where I saw the boats catch fish
