    Default Short Greenwood report

I went to Greenwood yesterday afternoon (11-21-14) and fished for 3 1/2 hours. Took awhile to start seeing much but when I did find them they were stacked together but just didn't want to bite. Through all the fish I seen only caught 5 crappie and 20 perch, the white perch are willing to take the minnows.....
Tried jigs tipped and a #2 gold hook tipped with minnow and the hook was the one that caught all the fish. The fish are not real tight to the bottom but the biting fish are. The morning bite may be a lot better than the afternoon. Good luck to all that fish this weekend.

A picture from the camera and I have some screen shots I'll post as soon as I get them loaded from the Lowrance.

Sounds like a good trip to me, I've certainly caught less many times. Like the screen shot, you have it dialed in pretty sharp.
My wife fractured her ankle last Saturday and is struggling to get around so I'm sticking pretty close to the house for a few weeks. Guess I'll miss the early winter bite.

Hate to hear the news Ray, hope she gets to feeling better soon. A ankle takes awhile to heal and is very painful.

Ray, sorry to hear about your wife. Just strap her in a seat and take her fishing. If you do all the work she won't even have to get up.

Don it's great to hear you are back able to fish
I had all my lines set to 14' deep and tried to stay in the 15 to 20' depths. Didn't see anything in deeper water and as the sun dropped I started working up in the water column. After I had reeled up the lines I did see a good bit of bait in the shallow water heading back to the ramp.
