We arrived at lake(daylight) about 30 minutes before a big thunder storm. Fish were biting pretty good but the lighten was too much. After the storm passed we went back out to a spot in 50' & started over. Got some bites but nothing like just before the rain. We drifted & fished cut shad on the bottom in several locations. Bites were slow all day.

Total for trip was 38 blues. Most were about 2 to 3 lbs, with one at 23 lbs.
