Cane Creek 8/8/14

I didn't decide to head out till almost 8 this morning, after seeing the weather for the weekend I figure now or never.
I was on the water by 9:15 and took me 30 minutes to get all the rods in the water, 6 fish later I'm set up. The bite was steady for a couple hours at one point I had 6 fish on at once ( great problem to have).
I pulled out at 1:15 with 55 on the counter.
I was pulling 1/16 jigs with paddle tail and curly tail, multiple colors didn't seem they cared.
Since it's been so slow on here I didn't take any pictures, I didn't want to over load you guys

Grady,it sure is nice having a understand boss who "lets" you off to go fish.Nice report.Were there any more boats out today??

Sam, maybe 3 boats out. As I was leaving a sped boat with a tube and about 10 people showed up so I knew the day was over for fishing.
As it turns out I was right about the weather, raining here.
Yes, it is nice having a boos that let's you off, even the wife was glad I got out.
I've never been one to lay out from work, but it is nice being able to do it once in a while.
