It was. After catching crappie this year I forgot how hard saltwater fish pull. The biggest one started off 150yards behind the boat after his first run he pulled 300yards of line. 30min to get it in.

Dang Travis! y'all gave em a hard time Looks like all had a great time and by the smiles I think all will remember the trip for a long while. 30 minute fighting a fish will take everything out of you quickly. Congrats on the trip and thanks for posting the report and pics.

Yes Ronnie. A day with my diddy, paw in law, brother in law, and son was wonderful. And my arms stopped hurting this morning. I fought 3 more after the biggest one landed and got up to the boat with in 20 yards of the boat and broke off. One was bigger than the 28lber so my paw in law says. My arms cramped up until late last night. After all said and done we brought home 2 48qt coolers packed with filets.
