Boat title work around Laurens

I lost my registration card. Ordered another and after 2 weeks called them and asked what was the hold up. Said they were 4 weeks behind on title stuff. I took about 4 weeks for me just to get a duplicate card. I think I would just ride to Columbia and get It took care of in a couple hours if I were you.
