OK, Butch is gonna say, "Hey that's my boat, and it is". When I fished with Butch I liked the way he had his set up. These are simple to use and to adjust the height you simply bend it up or down. The tension on the shaft is determined by how tight you set the nut underneath and with a little practice you can get it so you can move it left or right just by twisting it and up and down by bending it.
I got mine from Dooleys. He gets them in bulk from Marc and charges about the same as Marc does I think.
I am at work and the best picture I could find was the one I took in Butch's boat so I posted it.

I also copied Butch's method of rod storage with the PVC pipe and Ts mounted to the back of the holders.

Thanks Ray, those look nice and pretty light as well.

I switched from the driftmasters to these after loosing a couple fishing poles beside the motor. Now with these holders the reels set inside the holder so no fish or stump/brush is going to take any rods. All you have to do is bend them once to get them set and then every time you fish a dedicated rod goes into each holder. They are light but they'll still hold a big fish since it's all in the drag anyway.

OK, gotta get me some....definetley don't want to loose any rods.
