Eatmorecrappie, here are the pics of what I did to mount the trolling motor. The steel is 1/8 so I don't look for any trouble with movement. The front of these boats wasn't made trolling motor friendly!

The rod holders are Hi-Tek and the stands are built using 1/2'' black pipe. Easy to take off or put on. I have the set for the front built also but still need to build the bases for the front. Not in any hurry on them because my longlining rods will be used out the back.:)
