Default The Honey Hole is still paying off

We caught around 30, biggest close to two pounds. Still longline trolling. Going to give them a break for awhile. Going to move down the lake and look for some spawning fish.

Another great catch CC. I was in the honeyhole Saturday morning and did pretty good too. I was surprised there werent more boats there as it can become a very popular spot. Congrats on your catch and thanks for the report and picture.

Gabowman, I thought I saw y'all come through. Did y'all have better luck in the back of the creek? I never made it back there. I saw a lot of boats going back there. Next time we cross paths, stop in and speak if you get a chance. Congrats on your catch.

We probably caught 25 or so before we quit. We'd already picked up a doz before heading into that creek and we tried a few more places before we got there. My son wanted to quit at noon because he had a few things he needed to get done. It was pretty slow back there until we dropped out jigs all the way down to the bottom in 13'-14' of water. We caught some good fish in there. We left them biting. Had I of recognized you I woulda a definitely stopped and said Hello.....maybe next time.
