Ray, I was at Shull Thursday jigging with a KastMaster 1/4 oz. Fished the other side, towards Hwy 378/Old Turners Landing area 45 feet of water this time. I ended up with 51 perch, 1 channel cat and released about a 6lb largemouth ....too much fun. I found out that I really like the Powerbraid 10lb test over mono, too much line twist with mono none with braid. It was a good day.:crazy:

I went back up on Saturday morning with pretty much the same results. This time I had two heavier rods with me set up for live bait fishing. The first two small perch that came on board went back as bait. We hooked and landed 2 10 Lb. catfish for our efforts. Thought we might get a big Striper but only the cats were hungry. I told my buddy that went with me that he could keep any he wanted but I was done cleaning perch after Friday. I think we ended up keeping around 20 nice size ones.
