    Default Clark Hill Lake???

Has anyone seen the upper end of the hill and know where the mud line is at? Wouldnt mind wetting a hook over the next two days but is a pretty good pull down there to find out it's too muddy to fish.

Kinda scared me off too after I read some of the reports on the rain. Think I will hit Murray Friday. Still want to try the hill, but it is a hike for me, so I want to make sure the water is right.

I was on the lake yesterday, put in at hesters bottom, very muddy lots of trash. Hit the main river crossing over to fishing creek, red mud with a lot of Big logs floating out in the middle, kinda scary. Fishing creek was clear from the mouth to about the high ridge before you get to the powerline. Up towards the powerline it was starting to get muddy. Thats as far as i went. I hope this helps.

Now that was the kind of info I was looking for. Well, wished the water was clearer, but atleast I wont waste money seeing what the water looks like. Think I'll give it a week or two before I try it again.

Me too, Butch. Even longer haul for me and we had 2 boats coming. They might have thrown me in the lake if we drove that far for nothing. Will hit Murray early tomorrow, Brrrrrrrrr!

I will be on the lake for the next several days duck hunting, I will keep a eye on the water conditions. I was on the lower end of russell today checking fish baskets and the creek i put in was very muddy, You almost nexer see muddy water on that part of the lake.
