    Default Secession

I really liked fishing Secession, but I heeded you locals' advice and steered clear during the summer water lice and ski boat season. When is it safe to go back on the water?

A coworker who has a weekend place there told me that the lake is being lowered to the river channel for upcoming Dam repairs. Anyone else hear about this? Details?

The last I heard the funds are there to do the work. Not sure how low they pulled the lake before they found out the money wasn't coming. With so little rain we have had the lake would still be low if they pulled it down much.
Ray around the end of this month the lake will slow down and should be able to fish it without many waves rocking the boat. Have not seen the lake but will let you know if I hear anything or have a chance to take the ride over that way

Ok I just went down to the ramp and
It's really low but the ramp goes down
Far enough for the lighter boats most of us have..

Yeah my coworker said the work on the dam was planned for January. Fund$ may not all be there, but he said he heard they were going to at least do some painting or something.
