I have a Mercury 9.8 that is locked up. I’m selling it as a parts motor. I’m not really sure as to why it is locked up. My dad was trying to crank it and it just wouldn’t fire, so I took the carburetor and rebuilt it and put it back on. When I tried to crank it it wouldn’t turn over. I have taken the plugs out and squirted some Marvel oil in the cylinders, and it still won’t pull. The carb and lower unit is good. I live in Ripley TN 7314600728
