Stikits are made locally here and thats what i have. But i recently watched a video of a guy making his own on You Tube.
He bought the pole at the garden center at Wal Mart, and some plastic plumbing parts and 2 part epoxy.

Check your farm supply stores also as they have fiberglass rods of all shapes and sizes and parts as I considered rigging and making my own once.
