By the color of the blank it looks like it was built on the StCroix Tournament series, they were that blue color. I own several for Walleye fishing great rods.

Custom St Croix Rod
Looking to sell a custom rod i had built a few years ago. Its on a 5' UL scii made in usa blank. Done by a guy in Wisconsin. Light metalic blue in color, with stainless wire guides and a st croix reel seat/grip. Could probably use a new tip, this one is kinda cheap.
It is kind of a stiff rod for UL but it is really sensitive to the feel and fun to use.
$60 and free shipping in USA. Paypal.. It cost me about $175 to have made. I just need to move it fast to pay some bills.
