Lot at Lake Eddins

I've got a buildable lot Lake Eddins that is off the water a couple hundred yards that I am going to sell. Lake Eddins is a 740 private fishing only lake. It is loaded with crappie, trophy bass and big bream. I bought the lot 5 or 6 years ago thinking I would be moved to Pachuta by now but I can see now it will be retirement before we move back so gonna get rid of the lot. It is located in Pachuta, MS and is a single polers and dock shooters paradise. I am asking $4,000 OBO for the lot. I bought the lot just for fishing rights.

No it's around Rose Hill. I think the lake you are talking about is Lake Ruby. This lake is loaded with giant crappie. I've got them figured out for Winter fishing when I'm tired of deer hunting at my in laws in Pachuta, but never go during the Spring because I live right here on Ross Barnett...no need for the 2 hour drive.
