Exclamation WTB Lowrance Elite 5 DSI ... head unit

If anyone has a Elite 5DSI unit (Down Image only) and wants to part with it, let me know here or by PM. I don't need the transducer/power cable, just the head unit.

Pin in the head unit power socket broke off and unit will not function. Even tried putting pin into the female end and then plug it in, but that also failed.

... Rickie, I can't even take a reel apart to clean it and get all the parts back in it

From this diagram it's the #2 pin that's broken : (assuming this pic is of the power receptacle on the back of the unit, otherwise it would be the #4 pin that broke)

and the pin looks to have broken off below the bottom of this receptacle.

I tried to just put the pin piece back in the power cord and plug it in, but it appears to not be long enough to reach the break and make connection. I would be OK if the male/female receptacles were reversed and the pins were in the power/tdx cord ... because I have a 2nd power/tdx cord, and it would simply be a matter of removing the broken one & replacing it with the new one.

And no ... I do not have the tools, nor the know-how, to open the unit to get to the wiring of that pin.
