WTB- Chevy or GMC 4x4 pickup

My old 99 GMC is getting a little long in the tooth, approaching 300,000 miles and rusting out. She still runs and drives ok but I know she can't hang on forever. I'm starting the search for her replacement and would like to buy from an individual rather than a dealer. What I'm looking for is a '12 or '13 GMC or Chevy 4x4, ( prefer GMC ) ,extended cab, 1/2 ton (would consider a 3/4) , 5.3 engine, gas. I keep my trucks a long time so 70,000 or less miles would be my first choice. Not crazy about white or silver but all others are fine. What I'm hoping to find is someone that is trading in their truck on a new one and wants to get more than trade in value. It could be a win for both of us, you get more than the dealer will give you and I get a new truck for less than the dealers want to charge. I'm in Michigan so would prefer something fairly close but for the right truck and the right deal I can find time to travel.
