Hi guys I am looking for mallard and wood duck flank feathers, the pretty barred ones. Will buy or trade you jigs. Pluck them and stick them in a ziplock.

I buy only plucked feathers, no skins or whole birds. Before you call to tell me you can’t sell feathers from wild ducks, please take a look at Migratory Bird Treaty Act. The law that makes buying and selling feathers legal is 50 CFR 20.91. Click to see the whole reading. However, some states have laws that are more restrictive and I’m putting together a list of those states.
