rod transport holders

Awhile back someone posted a link to rod holders for running and gunning they held them parallel to the boat and held 8 to 10 rods. I thinks they were 39 or 49 bucks plus base. Any help will be greatly appreciated. my son wants to get these for me for xmas. Thanks
