1999 25hp 2-cycle Mercury Motor, Outboard - $1000 (Olive Branch, MS)
For sale my 1999 2-Cycle Mercury Outboard for $1000. This motor has been in use by me since new on my 17 foot bass boat. I just upgraded motors and don't need this one anymore. It has been kept covered and in the carport since new. Works perfect. Some minor scratches on the cowling from the cover rubbing in the wind. Prop has normal wear. I just changed the water pump and lower end oil. I have videos of me running it before I removed it from my boat. PM me and I'll send you the video. I have the original owner's manual also.

Great questions! Yes, it has both the pull start and electric start. No, the throttle and control cables were used for my new motor. Here is a video of the motor:
