Default Need part for Add-a-Seat system

Ok guys I am in desperation mode.....I just went out into the garage and noticed that one of my inserts for my add-a-seat is missing. I have a week of fishing planned in a couple of weeks and will need both seats a couple of those days. The big problem is this company is out of business and now I am in a quandary as to what I can do. If anyone has something that would work or knows where I could find something please let me know. If it helps the opening that the insert goes into is 1 1/4". I have 3 pictures of the setup if it will help. First is shot of the entire system. The missing insert is on left. 2nd pic is of what insert looks like installed and the 3rd is the one with the missing piece. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

I'd try contacting someone at ATTWOOD or any company that makes pedestal seat poles ...Their bushing inserts would surely fit this as well.

If they don't have it find a machine shop that would be easy to make
