    Three B/R mobile home on double lot on canel leading into Dunn's Creek. About 1/8th mile from Ga. Boys fish camp. Has fenced in back yard, 2 car garage with work bench, boat house and dock with electric boat hoist. 15 minutes to crescent lake, 6 mins. to St. Johns river, also access to Lake George, and Rodmans from this one spot.
