I have a Lowrance HDS 7 Gen 2 touch that I have mounted on the front of my boat where I fish from, but the transducers are mounted on the transom so what I see is always 12/14 feet behind me. I want to move the transducer to the trolling motor and assume I will need a different type of ducer specific for a trolling motor set up. I understand I will lose side imaging and down imaging, but don't care as long as I can actually see 2d where I am fishing and not behind me. I only fish one lake and hardly ever use side scan anyway.

What specific transducer do I need for this change?
