    Default Lowerance elite ti

I've had some problems with my elite7ti. The problem now is I can't get the downscan to function. It shows only blocks. I contacted lowerance and was told if I selected the wrong transducer in setup it wouldn't work. This is a replacement unit for a elite7 chirp. Thesecond one. The first one died in only a few days and the same problem with it on the down scan. When the elite7 chirp was replaced the first time I asked if the transducer from the chirp was compatible. I was told yes but the sidescan wouldn't work. No problem. I didn't have it on the chirp. If anyone has any ideas that would help me get the downscan working I'd be very thankfull

That should be the HDI 83kHz/200kHz selection in your transducer selection "Menu" ...

It is regular 2d and DI ...

Thanks for your help. I have it set to that now. Doesn't show black blocks now. I'll check it out Monday on the lake
That was probably the problem. I had it set on the generic one.
    Thanks again. John
