onix 2.7

Ricky, kosmo, and anyone else are you using 2.7? I have it on my onix but have not got to use it much. On BBC there are several complaining and went back to 2.3. Anyone having problems? So far I have not.

I like the 2,7 much better than the previous software. Good to no, that if a person feels the need to go back to earlier version, they can tho.

I upgraded to 2.7 and overall works fine. Both times on the water jt has locked and I was forced to remove power. The last time it said"this a very serious enlightement problem". But after turning it back on it was fine?

I think the problem is primarily if you use dual beam 2D sonar in shallow....er water.

So far it makes "prettier arches" but I fish mostly for striper- not alot of shallow water. My si and di seem as good as before. I havent messed with the freq for the chirp

I went back to 2.000 ... Just because I know I can now ...

Now I'm trying 2.300 again ...

I may give 2.700 another shot later ...

I love my ONIX for DI and mapping ... I still like my 1197 and LSS 2 for SI better ...
