Was just about to put out a search party for you. Haven't seen posts from you in a while. Been missing the good reports on your catchin'.
Wife has had both knees replaced at 76 and she did great. Rehab was not much fun, but she is like a new woman now. She still can't dance though. :Rofl

I've been fighting a bunch of health issues and haven't been fishing much! I've had my right knee replaced already and just want to get this left knee fixed where I can concentrate on some fishing!!!

I put the Helix on my boat Sunday and got out on the lake with it yesterday, I fished for the first hour and half at one of the spots I know and caught 26 crappie. Then I spent about 45 mins riding around the lake playing with it and doing some settings on it, it still needs tweaking but so far I'm really liking it!

The more you get familiar with it the more you'll find yourself cruising around looking for new stuff. :biggrin

You're right I found some already in the private lakes I've fished for years!

Get yourself a micro SD Card and start capturing some screenshots for us ...

I saw my Surgeon this morning and he is going to scope it on Oct 7th and try to put off a replacement for awhile unless he sees more damage then he think. Then he will close it up and schedule a replacement about 6 weeks after that. I told him that's great, that will get me thru fall crappie season :-))))))))

Great choice. I ordered a Helix 5 from Brian and received it in no time. I wish I had known about the Helix 7 at the time. Oh well I can still see the screen. lol
