Help identifying Lowrance transducer for Elite4 unit?

I'm considering the Lowrance Elite-4 HDI fishfinder as an upgrade to my Humminbird Fishing Buddy 120. This will go on my small 8' plastic hull minitoon boat. This boat is slid in/out of the back of my truck so I can't do a traditional transom mount for the transducer as it will get hung up.

I am trying to think how to mount the transducer...I have some options...but I can't figure out what the actual shape of the transducer is from the Lowrance website. They don't show the transducer, they only indicate the Elite-4 uses a "83/200 455/800" transducer, and the transducer page doesn't list a model like that. Anybody know what this style transducer looks like?

I may need to attach it to a removable arm, which is fine, but I'd still like to see the 'ducer first.

Are there other transducer designs I could use? Or is that the only model for the Elite-4?

Don't know .... I'm not familiar with the HDI series. I have a Elite 5 DSI and its tdx is a torpedo shaped deal, not the "skimmer" style. Mine is Down Image only ... no 2d sonar like the HDI series, so it doesn't need the width/size of a skimmer style transducer. Lowrance discontinued the Elite 5 DSI unit in favor of the HDI (dual beam) series.

Have you called Lowrance Customer Service and asked them if there's another style of transducer that will work on a Elite 4 HDI, besides the "skimmer" style ??
