j, lower the Sen. and be sure to match your speed, will help bring out detail better. With Sen. that high your getting a lot of washout....and slower speed is giving you those streaks in shot two.
If max depth is in the 45' range, set just below for bottom. Will give more to work with as far as view...later you can take out some of the upper to give better detail of deep structure. Your on your way and you will soon get the hang of it. Looks like you made several passes in the area for shot two (upper right shot).

The first pic is a huge school of shad.
The second pic is a School of shad being preyed upon by what looks like White bass on a hump.
The third could be some tiny shad/bait, but most likely is clutter and trash on a wind blown bank next to the river channel.
