    Default Humminbird waypoints not saving ??????


    I recently purchased a HB 859 DI unit. I have used the waypoint feature several times with no problems. I took the time and named all the waypoints I had saved at the house the other day. Next time out on the water I tried to save some new waypoints, and the screen says SAVED SUCCESSFUL - before it would say WAYPOINT 00??? SAVED. Then when I look for the waypoints in the menu there is nothing new showing up. What have I done wrong, I know I must have changed something in the settings??? Thanks in advance.
    If you dont have time to do it right the first time, when are you going to find time time to fix it.

    If there is no SD Card in the unit ... And the Screenshot feature is enabled under the Accessories tab ... There will be no waypoints saved when pressing the Mark button (even tho it does say "Successfully saved) ...

    Either insert a SD Card in the unit ... Or turn off Screenshot under the Accessories tab ...

    You da man Rickie, thanks for the help. I figured it was something I had done. Easy fix
    If you dont have time to do it right the first time, when are you going to find time time to fix it.
