Lowerance elite 4 - screen will not power up.

I bought a used lowerance off ebay to replace mine that got jacked a few weeks ago.

I got to power it on this morning and I got nothing. 12.9 at the batt, 12.89 at the transducer plugs. The power is the same on both transducers (2- 1 fwd on the t motor, 1 on the transome for when I'm running the big motor).

Anyone had this happen and get it resolved? Or will I be sitting on hold with "Peggy" in Indian on Monday morning.

Get in touch with the EBay seller and ask why it does not work and get a refund fast! You can't do anything with Lowrance if you don't have a receipt for a new buy.
My Elite 4 has never had this issue.
