    Default Humminbird Service


    After 3+ years I had to send my Humminbird 898c si back to the factory for service. The keypad was replaced and the software updated. I packaged it up, purchased postage on line and dropped it at the post office last Sunday. It arrived at Humminbird on Wednesday, was repaired and started back to me by FedEx on Thursday. I received my unit today. From Olathe, KS to Eufala, AL and back in less than a week. Fantastic! What great service by the post office, Humminbird and FedEx. I am a happy camper!

    Humminbird has EXCELLENT customer service! I've had to send 2 different units in for keypad repair and had similar results as you had!
