Can you elaborate on "not right"...??

Does the 2d work and the DI doesn't...??

Erratic depth...?? Bad picture...but only on DI...??

Post a pic for diagnosis...(even if it's from your phone camera)...

The 2D works good, the DI works the pic is not clear like the pics on all the ones I see posted on here. I don't know if my settings are set right or not. I read somewhere that for the DI to have clear pic is to be going 3 mph or above. the whole reason I bought it was to be able to see the bush piles. I'm not a great sonar reader anyways but I thought it would be allot clearer. I'm going out in the morning and I'll take some pics and post on here. thanks

Usually, the DI images require a higher sensitivity setting than for SI or 2D. Turn it up a few points above mid-range and see if that improves the images. You should experiment with different settings, scroll speeds and boat speeds until you find the best images. Run over a known brush pile. When it pops up on the screen, freeze the image by pressing an arrow key. Then, while the image is frozen on the screen, mess around with the setting and see how it impacts the image. Once you git it where you like it, leave it there and go fishing!
