CP,that what I been saying that could easy regulate speed of transducer better than foot for a smooth turn and better pic,if you get one ,post it. I have 998 so no need for me to rig up something unless you guys come up with a way to work on mine.

I understand. Any si/di on a TM will distort. That is Why a controlled sweep will produce better results than a trained foot. I have built a lot of robots. RC servos are easy to control and are very smooth when panning and tilting.

Also, I estimated the RPM of the Terrova to be 10RPM. That being said, Other calculations give a speed of .1667 RPS wich is approximately 60* per second. This is probably why someone stated the electric steer motors are too fast. They can be dampened by the way.
