A couple of ? for you if you have the time,

First, I've noticed that my SI feature on the 998c always has the right side being brighter than the left. I'm assuming that I need to rotate the ducer clockwise a bit to correct this. Correct?

2d, I still have room on my machine for another ducer. Would it work, or be possible to install an HB dedicated DI transducer and have it function with as my DI for the 998c unit?

Last, if I get question no. 1 fixed, (the unit nice and flat) , is it likely that this will greatly improve my current DI quality? I may be essentially missing the target with the current DI set up?
