A nice start to this years season

We finally put in our first morning trip for the season, and the action was very good. Our 3 person trip went 9 for 14 with some nice sized salmon for this time of year and a couple of lake trout. The 40-80 feet of water around the nets and to the north worked with a blue dolphin spoon on the rigger and a mix of flasher flies on the pumps taking fish. Looks like some warmer weather is predicted so look for the action to pick up.
